About Me

One of my earlier memories I was sitting down on the bench with my uncle Lenny when he showed me his camera. This is pre-digital, really pre-computer, back when I was a young lad of eight. I was fascinated by the concept that you could capture time and then show it back to people who weren't even there.

I think my love of photography started there and blossomed as I grew older. When I finished college I was working full-time but started an event photography company, which I ran from 2001 to 2008. During that time I had the privilege of photographing hundreds of weddings and other meaningful events.

Afterwards in 2014, I moved down to Austin and hung up my camera for several years. Life has a way of bringing us back to our roots and so I find myself today starting to focus more and more on photography and hence the creation and maintenance of this site.
