Blake Photography F.A.Q
How large are
the images on the CD you deliver?
All images are either 8.2 or 10.8 mega-pixels in
size.
What type of
camera do you use?
I use both a Canon 40D SLR digital camera and 20D
SLR digital camera with 580EX flashes and 'L' class Canon lenses.
What do you mean
you receive both a Color and Black and White
version of each image?
For every picture delivered, you'll receive a
version in color, and another version in B&W.
This is to say if you receive 400 pictures, you'll
receive 400 color images and 400 Black and White
images. You will also receive some
colorizations as well.
How many
pictures do I get?
I deliver, on average, a little more than 100
pictures per hour booked.
Do the images
have a watermark on them?
No, they do not have any watermarks.
Do I receive
full reproduction rights to my pictures?
Yes, you can print/copy/fax/email the pictures
without any restrictions. Once you receive
them, you should treat them as you yourself took
them in this regard.
Should I use my
home printer to print these images?
I highly suggest against it unless you have a
specialized sub-dye printer. Instead, check out
one of the following online printers:
MPix.com
Ofoto.com
Snapfish.com
Do you offer
albums?
I do not personally offer albums. I can
suggest a local studio which will work with you to
create one though. You simply bring them the
full-resolution images and specify the images you
want included, and they will take it from there.
Do you bring any
extra lighting?
I do not bring any lighting other than the
dedicated on-camera flash and a flash stand for
formals.
Do you work with
an assistant?
I do not normally work with an assistant, but I
can bring one if it is truly needed (which is very
rare). It will cost extra money.
